Hahaha

I atually really liked this. Especially the last joke there. "No you're not, we're both different species!" haha that was hilarious. And just to let you know, before I watched this fourth episode, I went and watched 1,2 and 3 first just to get to know everything Duck Luck before I go and review it. This is good stuff, man, good stuff. It has a sense of randomness except it's not an overdose of it, it's just the right amount of random, so people will still understand what's going on. 5/5. Keep up the good work. Oh, and is that only one person voice acting for everyone?

Snubby responds:

Thanks man, that means a lot to me. Really, it does.

I did not like this at all.

This was way too literal as the last guy said. You didn't need to animate every single word he said, and especially not when it sang "the dance of the dead," and you animated the guy dancing. And you should know that the song isn't called "Happy Folk", it's called "Fire Coming Out of the Monkey's Head". So, just put a little more effort into it PLEASE.

rising-flame responds:

the actual video is tottoly literal

Pretty cool.

I noticed you've had a few retards reviewing your claymations and you reply with a welcoming "You're and idiot" or "Not too bright, huh?" Haha, must be kind of annoying, huh? :P

That was a pretty cool animation. I'm assuming it was just a practice claymation since you mentioned it was early work.

Well, I'm going to go watch some more of your claymations now, see ya!

5/5

Yeah, newgrounds is littered with fanboys and the mentally challenged.
Glad you liked my films, not alot of people get the humor.
Thanks

...

That was horrible.

All you have done is crappily record something humourous and popular from a video game, then "animate" (I don't even think there was ebough movement to call it that) the talk-show host speaking the words.

I think the idea was so effortless enough that you could AT LEAST sync the poorly drawn mouth with the words.

Now, even though I just gave you a bad, yet honest review, that doesn't mean I hate you or anything. I just think this was a terrible idea that the fact that it got Daily 4th place??... That's pathetic. Any crappy newgrounds user with flash could put this on.

Bye for now,

Well,

The highscoring is all credited to your ability to animate frame-by-frame very cleanly. I think I read somewhere that you have a tablet? - That would explain it. So, if I were you, I would use this talent to it's full extent. I'm not exactly sure how to do that, but you have to have the following points:
- Good concept
- Well done and clean animation
- Good voice acting. (With an average microphone that doesn't crack)
- Background music
- Full colour
- Humour
- Originality

And I think you'd be set! Now, I'm not trying to make you feel obligated to do so, but I'm sure it would be a success if you really put your mind to it. Good luck, though!

KenSkaii responds:

im working on a bigger project, and it definately has all of those pointers. I'm not sure about the microphone though, but i can try to fix it. thanks for your review

Humour: 0, because I know Blockhead was in this to bring a few laughs with his funny retarded humour, but he shouldn't have been in it. I would have liked the cartoon better if there was no Blockhead.

Other than that, the concept/script/animation/anything else was very very good! You can animate and you definetly show the hard work in your cartoons. This was pretty awesome, other than Blockhead. Not saying I don't enjoy the actual Blockhead episodes, I mean those are great! Just that this "Time Squad" should never had had him in it. But alright. X)

The-Swain responds:

It was actually the other way around. There ended up not being enough of him in this one. I'll explain.

See, the film started as an idea between my friend Dan and I (as seen in the credits) about a movie preview for a Blockhead film that I had no intention of making. We had a couple jokes about velociraptors and whatnot, but I started to think that I could actually make a film out of it. I didn't know it was going to take me so long and I wouldn't have started it if I had, but now I have no choice but to finish what I've begun.

I wasn't afraid to mix Blockhead with action/drama because I didn't know I was really making a drama. I was aiming for a cheesy '80s film story, which I do think I managed to nail.

Hahaha!

These are amazing! The animation is smooth and very clean. Interesting concept. The voices are odd, but funny and it fits very well. I gave you a 5/5 for all six of them :)

Great work, and keep it up! (Pfft, like you wouldn't :P)

FarFromSubtle responds:

"Pfft, like you wouldn't"

Indeed, I wouldn't. ^_-

Holy crap you must be pi$$ed!

I was reading some reviews and SO many people said "make the simpsons" without realizing there are only TWO WORDS IN THE WHOLE FREAKING SONG... Geez that must be frustrating for you! heh heh...

Well, I think you should make one on the old "Pokemon" theme song! You know, the one that starts out like "I wanna be the very best, that no one ever was!..." yea. That sounds like you could put a lot of funny stuff into the backwards theme of that! w00t. So, try it out please! And good luck with all those reviews! 5/5. Also, try and put some more... Colour... Into your animations... Yes, I realize they are getting quite high reviews with the white-backgrounded internet picture cartoons, but I'm just saying....

Anyways, yea. "Pokemon"... The old version song... Yea... Sounds good! Ok, hope to see more work from you! \m/
